The Data AI diagnostic (Diag Data IA) is a Bpifrance support programme that gives SMEs and mid-sized companies 8 days of work by an accredited artificial intelligence expert. The aim is to identify the most relevant AI use cases for your business and draw up a concrete action plan to implement them.

The programme is aimed at French SMEs and mid-sized companies with 10 to 2,000 employees, annual turnover of at least €1 million and more than a year of trading. The company must be based in mainland France or the French overseas territories and be financially sound as defined by EU regulations.

The maximum quote is €10,000 excl. VAT. After a 40% grant funded by France 2030 under the "Osez l'IA" plan, the amount payable is €6,000 excl. VAT, for companies that meet the EU definition of an SME and for mid-sized companies with fewer than 2,000 FTEs. In every case, you receive 8 days of support from a Bpifrance-accredited expert.

The diagnostic runs over a maximum of 3 months and has three phases: a technical and operational review of your data and AI maturity, the identification of concrete use cases suited to your context, and the prioritisation of those use cases with an operational action plan. usuel.ai supports you at every step with a pragmatic approach.
