Two founders, one conviction: AI is worth what it changes on the ground.
usuel.ai was founded by two artificial intelligence enthusiasts, convinced that this technology transforms reality as much as it transforms tools: the reality of organisations, of jobs and of everyday life. A new, more horizontal relationship with the machine is still to be built.
Between them, they have led more than forty AI engagements over ten years, from process optimisation to creating new revenue streams, in organisations of every size.
An engineer by training with a Sorbonne degree in broadcasting law and management, Thibault sees innovation as a lever for real, measurable, human impact, well beyond gadgets. For 20 years he has helped businesses of all sizes in media, telecoms and retail, such as Sephora, Orange, Chanel and France Télévisions, through their digital transformations, holding the line between strategic rigour and creative boldness. With usuel.ai, he explores what generative AI makes possible with one guiding principle: keep it simple, useful and sustainable, and make AI more discreet.
A lawyer by training and a graduate of HEC Paris and Assas, Alexis swapped legal codes for algorithms. After a few detours through blockchain, he explores practical uses of generative AI (from Radio France to Lacoste), designing tools that speak the language of the business as fluently as that of the machine. A keen strategist (a chess champion, which counts), he designs conversational assistants the way he plays a decisive move: with method, attentiveness and a step ahead.
